By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3. Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial subscription date. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase.

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You should review all automated communications before they are sent
  • We are not responsible for errors in AI interpretation of voice notes or automated actions
7.2 No Guarantee of Results

While our platform is designed to improve lead management efficiency, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue increases.

8. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8.2 Data Security

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at our discretion.
